CANCELLATIONS & REFUND POLICIES
24 hours cut off time
Unfortunately we offer refunds for a cancellation request, within 24 hours of a tours departure date. after that we NO refund
Before 24 hours
If cancelling a tour before 24 hours prior to the chosen departure date, we can offer a refund, minus any transaction fees and currency movements, we may want to take into account. These fees will likely amount to no more than 5-10% of the total tour price you have paid. We reserve the right to increase our refund fees at any time, to cover any additional unforseen costs.
Currency value changes
The currency of transaction with Go Vacation Samui is 'Thai Baht' (THB). We are not responsible for compensating any fluctuations in currency value, when refunding a tour. The figure refunded will be the stated Thai Baht price of the tour at the time of purchase.
Weather and sea conditions
Tours may be cancelled by tour providers at the last minute, due to very adverse weather or sea conditions. In which case a full refund will be provided to you. General rainfall however is not considered a large risk and tours will still go ahead on rainy days.
